NHORM SS17 is a tribute to the influence-mixing nature of the 90’s hip hop and RnB heroines.

Describe your design in three words.
“Raw, elegant and messy.”

What’s your style philosophy?
Disrespectful mixing.

Is there a symbol that would represent you?
“The Emoji Joker.”

Where did the initial concept for your brand come from?
“Collaboration between the two of us. Sharing a universe and constantly formulating/rephrasing it’s nature.”

What’s your label’s signature pieces?
“Something touched by the both of us. Like and elegant silhuette with a loud print design. Or a re­defined basic, like the classic cargo­ jacket turned into a flared dress.”

Going forward, what direction will the brand take?
“We want people to buy and wear our design, so right now we’re exploring the world of production and sales. The direction beeing to stay the same but with (some) revenue happening.”

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
” ‘It will all be fine…’ ”

If you could go back in time, where would you go?
“We are crazy about the present.”

Who are your style icons?
“Charlotte Rampling, Aaliyah and Ursina Gysi.”

What is your favourite word?
“Warped.”

What is your guiltiest pleasure?
“The trinity: Crisps, Prosecco and RnB.”
